Well mantained, clean family hotel. Friendly staff. Separate beach with free sunbeds. Clean swimming pool, good for children.

We stayed at a small hotel by the beach. The location was great, really close to the beautiful private beach with its own sun chairs and umbrellas. The rooms were cleaned every day, with fresh towels and air conditioning which was amazing in the summer heat. The breakfast was delicious, with a variety of fresh produce. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, offering advice on local area visits.

The hotel lacked laundry facilities, which was a bit inconvenient, but it was not a significant issue.

The hotel has agreement for 10-% discount with the restaurant "Blue Marlin"-an excellent restaurant with wonderful, friendly personnel and very-very tasty food.An out-standing restaurant! This hotel was perfect for my stay. The location is great as it's in a quiet yet accessible area, and very close to the beach. The breakfast was great and the staff were really friendly. Parking was easy and convenient, and the hotel facilities were fantastic. Transportation was a breeze thanks to the area's bike trails, which led to some great spots to visit in the local area.

Quiet location, friendly people, parking, close to beach, no charge for beach chairs etc., pool. Allthough a beach resort it is not to far for excursions to Pisa, Sienna etc.

A bit far from "town center" and no noticable busservice to it.

The position of the hotel is really great - 2 mins from really beautiful private sand beach. Staff (family) is really helpfull and nice. If you have children, I would really recommend this hotel for you - short walk to the beach as mentioned and also hotel is equipped with a pool.. To the centre of San Vicenzo it is approximately 10 mins by walk.. Enjoy :-)

The hotel was located near the train station and the beach, which was really convenient for us. The room was spacious and well-decorated, giving it a romantic vibe perfect for a couple's getaway. The daily cleaning service helped to keep the room tidy, and the fresh towels were a nice touch.

The staff wasn't very friendly or helpful during our stay. They didn't greet us upon arrival or provide us with any information about the hotel or the surrounding area.
